A skilled psionicist can weave a shield around his party, protecting them
from incoming attacks. This spell can only be cast upon the caster, but the
affects will translate to party members in the same room.
The chance for mental shield to protect the party and caster depends solely
on the caster. The higher the skill mastery and wisdom, the higher the
chance. This skill must be practiced to at least 50% for it to work.
